Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Lyconiq (İstanbul) as the data controller. Contact: support@lyconiq.io.

Personal data we process

• Account data: your Lyconiq ID identifier, email address and name.
• Content you upload: screenshots, logo, scene descriptions, generated images and saved projects.
• Credits and purchases: your credit balance and history, the pack you bought, the amount and order number. Your card details never reach us.
• Security and abuse records: request counts, rejected scene descriptions, and a one-way digest derived from your network address to prevent abuse of free credits. The address itself is not stored.
• Data kept in your browser: your session, language and theme preference, unfinished choices.

Free tools

The free icon and favicon tools run entirely in your browser. Images you use there are not sent to us and are not stored.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Creating your account, generating images, storing your projects, managing credits and purchases: performance of a contract.
• Protecting the service against abuse and attacks, preventing repeated claims of free credits: legitimate interests.
• Meeting financial and legal obligations: legal obligation.

Data is collected electronically while you use the app. Your data is not sold, not shared for advertising or marketing, and not used to train AI models.

Recipients and transfers abroad

To run the service we work with these types of providers: hosting and file storage, an AI service for image generation, authentication, payments and invoicing. They process only the data needed to provide the service, on our behalf and on our instructions. Providers may see your network address while handling a request.

Some providers are located outside Turkey, so your data is transferred abroad; this is necessary for you to use the service. The content needed to generate an image is sent to the AI service provider.

Payments are collected through a payment provider that sells and invoices in its own name. Information you give during checkout is subject to that provider’s own privacy policy.

Information may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

• Account, projects and images: until you delete them or delete your data.
• Credit and purchase records: until you delete your data. Invoices are kept by the payment provider for the legally required period.
• Rejected scene descriptions: up to 90 days.
• Request counts: up to 2 days.
• Network address digest: kept with the free-credit record until your data is deleted.

“Delete my data” in My account removes your projects, images and credit records in one step. Your Lyconiq ID account is not affected; you manage it on the Lyconiq account page.

Cookies and browser storage

Pixi does not use cookies. It keeps your session, language and theme preference and unfinished choices in your browser’s local storage. These are needed for the service to work and you can clear them in your browser.

Your rights

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the recipients, object to processing and claim compensation for damage (KVKK Art. 11, GDPR Art. 15-21).

Write to support@lyconiq.io. Requests are answered within thirty days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

We may update this notice. Important changes are announced on the site; the version and date are shown below.
